Order

  • A minimum order of IDR 200,000 (after tax) applies to all deliveries
  • Deliveries are limited to the JABODETABEK area only.
  • For orders placed with delivery outside of Jakarta we will try to contact you for further information.

  • Cash on Delivery payment, to be paid directly to the driver

    • Not available when shipping address is different to billing address
    • Not available for ‘Guest Checkout’
  • Orders placed after 8pm WIB are not available for ‘Next Day Delivery’
  • And proof of payment sent via email or whatsapp

Products and Services

  1. Products that you order through the site will be approved when you receive confirmation from sevengraincakes.com. The confirmation will be emailed to you.
  2. Payment of your order can be done through Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer and via Doku MyShotCart. You can use Doku MyShortCart to shop online at merchants who have joined in Doku. Seven Grain Cakes use the features available on Doku MyShortCart to make it easier for customers to make payments, including using credit cards. To use the services of Doku MyShortCart, you are required to first join a Doku MyShortCart member. Payment by using features from Doku MyShortCart will be charged per transaction whose business is fully regulated by Doku MyShortCart.   3. The service fee charged to you is in accordance with the amount of the order price plus the cost of the shipping service.
  4. Prices of products and shipping services may change as per sevengraincakes.com’s policies without prior notice.
  5. All information about offers, gifts, promotions, products through promotional media or print media can be directly asked to our staff or by email to: marketing@sevengraincakes.com.

Payment System from Visa / Master

To provide ease and certainty for customers in transactions at www.sevengraincakes.com, we have now implemented an online payment system when customers purchase products online using the Visa / Master payment system option and all transactions will be processed in currency Indonesian Rupiah.   3. Onsite product redemption of orders made online may only be served on certain designated store sites.
  4. Cancellation of ordered products can only be done manually (submit cancellation request) to www.sevengraincakes.com.

Online Booking & Payment Procedures

  1. Customers can login first at www.sevengraincakes.com. For customers who have not registered as a user / member must fill out the registration form in advance to be able to login and transact on the site www.sevengraincakes.com After successful login, the customer can place an order online, then fill in ordering information and credit card data on payment page online as follows:
  • Customer name and address
  • Type of card used
  • Visa / Master card and credit card numbers

  6. Customers are required to keep payment receipt if at any time required in the payment confirmation process.
  7. All transactions will be processed within 1 x 24 hours.
  8. com reserves the right to refuse customer transactions if they are deemed inappropriate.
  9. For now credit cards that can be processed are credit cards issued by banks located in Indonesia.

Product Delivery

  1. Delivery of product will be done after sevengraincakes.com receive payment confirmation via Payment Confirmation (on home page of the site) for transaction done by customer max 1 × 24 hours business day. Customers can find out the order status by using the option in Order History.
  2. Delivery may be made on the same day if product order and payment confirmation to sevengraincakes.com before 10.00 WIB (business day). And apply for delivery above at 13.00 pm (weekdays).
  3. The product shipping fee will be charged to the customer. The cost mechanism is fully tailored to the intended delivery area.

Replacement of Product Damage

  1. Replacement of product damage is provided after the customer fulfills all terms and conditions stipulated by sevengraincakes.com.
  2. Replacement is only done if damage is caused by negligence of sevengraincakes.com party.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchange of Products

  1. Cancellation of the transaction can not be made.
  2. Complaints and claims of your order must be notified to sevengraincakes.com within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after you receive proof of transaction and item. Beyond the set time, complaints and claims can not be made.
  3. Purchased products can not be exchanged or refunded, unless the contents of the product are different from those ordered.
  4. Exchanged products must have been received a maximum of 1 × 24 hours of workdays since the claim was filed.
  5. Sevengraincakes.com may only accept return of the order product in its intact state, and the absence of any physical or product damage to the packaging.
  6. Sevengraincakes.com will not serve any customer claims for online transactions that occur due to misuse of credit cards. Customer is solely responsible for the ownership of the credit card.
