Q : What are the advantage of “creating an account vs. guest check out” ?
A : Creating an account has the following advantages:

  1. Save all your addresses for faster checkout
  2. View your order history and order status
  3. Add products to your Wish list for later order
  4. Quickly re-order your favorite cakes from your order history
  5. Cash on delivery payment option (billing & shipping address must be the same)

Q : When can I place my order online ?
A : Orders can be placed online 24hrs a day, however the cut-off time for next day delivery is 8pm (WIB). Orders placed above are not eligible for next day delivery.

Q : What is your hotline number ?
A : Our Hotline number is 021 797 1129 and Our Order Taker is open Monday to Sunday from 7am to 10pm (WIB)

DELIVERY
Q : What are your delivery time ?

If your desired timeframe is ‘Grayed’ out it means we cannot take any additional deliveries for that timeframe.

Q : Can I send my order to 2 different people ?
A : Only 1 shipping contact is allowed per order, if you would like to send cakes to multiple people at the same location we suggest sending to your reception desk and having them distribute the cakes for you

Q : Can I request the driver pick up additional items for me on the way ?
A : No, drivers can only deliver items we have for sale on the website.
